What does a sourcing agent actually do?+
We are your people on the ground in China. We find the right factory or market supplier, negotiate in Chinese, physically check the goods, and get them to Sri Lanka. You deal with one company instead of ten strangers you have no way to verify.
What is the smallest order you will take?+
We do not set a minimum. Plenty of our customers start with one small carton just to test whether a product sells. Factories set their own minimums, and we will tell you what those are before you commit to anything.
How long does delivery take?+
Air freight usually runs 5 to 10 days door to door. Sea freight is typically 25 to 35 days and costs far less for anything bulky or heavy. We quote both so you can pick.
How do you charge?+
You get one quotation covering the goods, our fee, the freight and the clearing. Nothing gets added afterwards. We will also show you what the supplier charged us, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
What happens if the quality is wrong?+
We inspect before packing and send you the photos. If something is not right, we sort it out with the supplier while the goods are still in China, which is the only point where it is easy to fix.
